    Many the dreamers who fell in love with the organised fraud on the taxpayers. One and all were pointed to the fact that anyone who accepts the terms of the invitation attached to ‘the compensation’ as they assumed the right to refer to ‘confidential settlements’ constituted FRAUD ON THE TAXPAYERS because the funds offered were not payments from the wrongdoers; they were also warned that no one could promote and rely on possible excuse or justification that they had no choice but to accept the terms attached to the offer.
