Further to this morning’s ‘walk on by’ issue I BEG to bring to your attention the following and I look forward to hearing from the BBC in the event the BBC takes interest in such matters, or, is likely to produce any documentary or programme/s addressing the issue of ‘victims ignored’ which realities translate to ‘The Society WE, Collectively, ARE CREATING‘.
I was assaulted in a London bus by three school thugs and the event was video recorded by the bus company’s security system. Because of the serious injuries >>> with a bicycle chain over the head from the back all the way to the front : TWO ROWS of cuts and badly swollen forehead<<< the bus driver called for an ambulance and the police IMMEDIATELY.
Owing to the fact that the police NEVER attended to a follow up interview and any statement ‘for any likely prosecution’, I telephoned the BBC some time later when a programme related to THE VICTIMS SUPPORT ‘ideal’, and eventually the Victims Support got in touch with me’.
Because of ‘the convenient failures by one and all >>>with the exception of the ambulance crew, the hospital staff and doctors<<<’ I contacted the bus company for a copy of the video which I wished to forward to my MP.
I was informed by the bus company that the video had been handed to the police as part of the evidence.

Years on, the police when faced with complaints of their ONGOING CONTEMPT FOR THE RIGHTS ASSURED IN LAW TO THE VICTIMS OF CRIME, in an internal response to MY COMPLAINT (another issue) were caused to refer to the serious bus assault crime.
BECAUSE of their ongoing contempt to my rights I contacted the IPCC with a clear request for copies / evidence of the alleged prosecution of the school thugs (all 3 between 14-16 years old, incidentally) to which the internal report alluded.
The IPCC never complied with my request / DEMAND for copies in support of the alleged prosecution I was informed by the police as a result of another complaint.
In a telephone call to the IPCC I was informed by a person, alleged to have dealt with my APPLICATION / request / demand, I was simply told that a letter had been sent to me and BECAUSE I DID NOT APPEAL(!) the decision(?) of the IPCC(?) both persons (two) I spoke to, at the time, asserted that there was nothing the IPCC could do ABOUT THE CASE, my demand, to be furnished with copies of the alleged prosecution of the thugs for reference to my MP and ‘for other considerations attached to MY RIGHTS as AN IGNORED VICTIM OF CRIMES who ‘has been targeted’ for such vile treatment by alleged servants of the law and the public.
I ALLUDE, above, to ‘alleged servants of THE LAW’ and the OBVIOUS CONTEMPT FOR IT, when it comes to victims of serious crimes who report such; such as the ORGANISED FRAUD on the taxpayers by the legal circles >>>through abuse of the courts facilities<<< to which one is pointed below (see URL /confraud.htm#reports).
I attach image of a response from the Deputy Prime Minister’s office who directed that submissions from me should be forwarded to the Ministry of Justice. I need only add that in typical manner and fashion NOTHING from the Ministry of Justice from December 2010 to this day.
Such failures simply pointing to the usual manner with which ‘targeted members of society’, the victims of crime WHO REPORT SERIOUS CRIMES such as the FRAUD ORGANISED BY THE LEGAL CIRCLES >>>officers of Justice and the law<<< do NOT merit from the protection assured in law to ALL citizens irrespective of origins, race, etc.
I attach also image of a letter I received from my MP last April and you will note that events overtook MY OBJECTIONS to Mr Murdoch’s bid to take over BSkyB. My objections, naturally, were founded NOT on ‘monopoly and influence principles’, but on suppression of material facts by ALL News International publications, above all ‘The Times’.
